In a recent interview to UK’s fabulous magazine, Shakira recently told the word she has been frequenting therapy so she can deal with herself and with others.
It all started nine years ago when the singer first checked for a medical therapy in 2001 because she was unhappy with how her body looked, and Shakira insists that the doctor’s help really changed her life, and suggests everyone with a low self esteem problem to get it

“My therapist told me why I behaved in certain ways and not to feel so pressured. It’s incredibly liberating to spend an hour talking to someone and not caring about what you sound like. It’s about understanding myself. Sometimes I’ll speak to my therapist for an hour a day. It’s become part of my routine.”
